    Can a party remarry another person without getting divorce?

      in muslim law a muslim male can remarry without getting divorce from his first wife and in hindu law, any of the party can not remarry without getting divorce.

      To remarry, getting divorce is a pre-condition. If a person remarries without getting divorce then he/she will be made punishable for an offence of bigamy.
