By purchasing a service through our Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

EasyAdvocacy provides digital, technology-driven, and/or legal support services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Legal information or document generation tools
• Subscription-based services
• Consultations or platform-based interactions
• Software-enabled services/software enables signing services

Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is limited, and applicable only under specific conditions outlined below.

3. Cancellation Before Service Activation

All purchases are final and non-refundable. No cancellations are permitted once an order or service request has been placed and payment has been made.

4. Exceptions – Refunds at Our Discretion

In rare cases, where the service was not delivered due to an error on our part, we may offer a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.

These may include:

• Duplicate payment made in error
• Technical failure in service delivery (verified by our team)

Granting such exceptions does not establish a precedent for future cases.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be:

• Credited to the original mode of payment (subject to bank/payment gateway timelines)
• You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway partners or banking institutions.

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you are on a recurring subscription, you may cancel the subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

However, we do not refund amounts already charged for the current cycle, even if the subscription is not actively used.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

In case of any billing-related disputes, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing an unverified chargeback may result in suspension of your account or future access to services.

EasyAdvocacy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with the updated date.
