Consent means consent is given by way of free will without any force or coercion or without use of any force.

If the consent is taken by way of fraud, concealment of material facts, using force or threat, then, the said consent has no meaning in the eyes of law. And for that if you feel that consent has been taken by fraud, then a degree/judgment/order can be set aside by way of filing a petition to the same court or before the honourable high court.
