Section - 20. Power to make rules

The State Government shall have power to make such rules 1 [not inconsistent with the rules made by the Central Government under section 20A] as may be necessary or desirable for carrying out the objects of this Act, and from time to time to repeal, alter and add to such rules.

Publication
All such rules, and all repeals and alternations thereof, and additions thereto, shall be published in the Official Gazette.
