Section - 13. Penalty for keeping press without making declaration required by section 4
Whoever shall keep in his possession any such press as aforesaid, 9 [ in contravention of any of the provisions contained in section 4 of this Act], shall, on conviction before a Magistrate, be punished by fine not exceeding 7 [two thousand] rupees, or by simple imprisonment for a term not exceeding 8 [six months] or by both.
