Section - 91. Secretary, officers and other employees of Appropriate Commission

(1) The Appropriate Commission may appoint a Secretary to exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified.
(2) The Appropriate Commission may, with the approval of the Appropriate Government, specify the
numbers, nature and categories of other officers and employees.
(3) The salaries and allowances payable to, and other terms and conditions of service of, the Secretary, officers and other employees shall be such as may be specified with the approval of the
Appropriate Government.
(4) The Appropriate Commission may appoint consultants required to assist that Commission in the
discharge of its functions on the terms and conditions as may be specified.
