    CPC - ORDER XLI - Rule 11A.Time within which under rule 11 should be concluded

    20 Every appeal shall be heard under rule 11 as expeditiously as possible and endeavour shall be made to conclude such hearing within sixty days from the date on which the memorandum of appeal is filed.]
