Section-55 Power to make rules:-

(1) The appropriate Government shall {The words "subject to the control of the G.G.in C." were rep.by Act 38 of 1920, s.2 and Sch.I} have power all matters connected with its enforcement, any may from time to time alter and add to the rules so made.{The provision was rep.by the A.O.1937.}
