Section-67 Protection of action taken in good faith.-
No suit or legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or voluntary organization running the home or any officer and the staff appointed in pursuance of this Act in respect of any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or order made there under.
