      Before the concerned municipal department and if they don't take action over the same than approach the appropriate civil court.

      You first need to file a complaint to the SHO of concerened police station and also to the Commissioner of the concerned municipal corporation as both police department and MCD is responsible for illegal constructions in the city. If you dont get any response from the them, send the copy of the complaint to the concerned ACP and DCP and if they also not taken any action on your complaint then you can approach the court and file suit of nuisance and Permanant injunction.

      hello sir,

      there are so many ways to file the complainant against the illegal
      construction.
      1. file a complaint to the MCD.
      2. file a suit for permanent injunction in the court,
