It is mandatory for all organisations to have an Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) for addressing sexual harassment complaints. You can inquire about the same and file your complaint. However, if your organisation does not have ICC and sexual harassment policy in place, you can proceed to file a compliant with the magistrate and you can also file an FIR against your boss. It is the obligation of the organisation to conduct fair redressal of any kind of sexual harassment complaint. The investigation has to be mandatorily completed within 3 months of the receipt of the complaint by the ICC. Your boss shall be bound to obey whatever the ICC decides.
