    Respected Sir/Mam If a woman is filing the divorce case against her husband who is continuously telling her to leave the house and go to her mother's place then still she has the right to get the compensation from her husband ?

      Compensation is not correct term. Yes, she is entitled to maintenance under Section 125 of criminal procedure code and section 25 of hindu marriage act.
