      First you will have to specify what kind of problems you and your family is facing because of your brother's wife and her family's conduct. If they are giving you any kind of threat, it's a criminal offence and you can file a police complaint. Or if there are just family issues and your brother trying to get sepetated from his wife, he can file a divorce case. Kindly write in details about your problem, so that you get a proper reply.
