Is there is any fine/Challan for giving beggary to beggars on red light?

    It constitutes a traffic offence which is compoundable. 


    Penal section - 22(a) Rules of the Road Regulation read with Section 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act

    Fine for first offence - INR 100
    Fine for subsequent offence - INR 300

    Yes, Giving alms to beggars or buying articles from hackers/vendors at intersection is considered as a traffic offence punishable with a fine of Rs. 100 under section 177 of The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
