    How do you find a lawyer to take on a murder case when family and friends have no money for a good lawyer ?

    A family friend is charged in a high profile murder case in Delhi. He has been assigned a public defender that does not have the time to devote to this case. How do you find a good pro bono attorney? Friends and family are not able to provide much financial help. What can we do?

      In each district court, there is a form of legal-aid, which provides legal assistance, including advocates at the cost of stat, provided, the affected person's annual income is below the mark.
