    A person has invested his hard earned retirement money in a similar group of company in his own and dependants like wife and children name but before maturity of the same the company went into liquidation with the official liquidator appointed by the High Court. Now the question is how he will file the claim application before the official liquidator whether in his own name for entire invested amount through single representation after getting"no objection" from his said dependants or by everyone's name.
