Indian Aircraft Act, 1934

[AS ON 1955] An Act to make better provision for the control of the manufacture, possession, use, operation, sale, import and export of aircraft. [19th August, 1934.] WHEREAS it is expedient to make better provision for the control the manufacture, possession, use, operation, sale, import and export aircraft ; It is hereby enacted as follows:
